Dear Mr. Miller:
The Architectural Committee and The Board of Directors for the
Oak Meadows Homeowners' Association have reviewed your building
plans for Lot 16, Area V, riling #4 East Sopris Court and hereby
approve for construction your house as specified by the enclosed
drawings. You will note that the only exception to your plans
as submitted, was the property setback requirements. We will
use the Garfield County standard setbacks for a single family
lot for Area V lots. This will require that you shift the house
back to a point 25' min. front and rear and 10' min. on your
side lot lines. (See enclosed sketch)
Also, your color scheme, as submitted, was acceptable. However,
any other colors (i.e. door finish, window trim, facia bands, etc.)
that would be different from those already submitted would need
to also be submitted for final approval.
If you have any questions concerning your approval, please contact
one of the committee at your convenience.
