It is my,opinion these former conditions and requirements were excessive, particularly since a nearly identical system across the Roaring Fork River from your facility was approved by the Colorado State Health Department, Garfield County Board of Health, and Garfield County Environmental Health Department, without the aforementioned stipulations attached. Therefore, I am attaching a copy of your permit which has received "Final Approval." Should you wish to have your original permit copy signed, I would be happy to do so.
