"CONDITIONS:
1. All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations, adopted pursuant to au-
thority granted in 66-44-4, CRS 1963, amended 66-3-14, CRS 1963.
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County Zoning and building requirements..
Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the building and Zoning office shall automatically be a viola-
tion of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal system in a manner which in•
volves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications contained In the application of permit commits a Class 1,
Petty Offense (5500.00 fine - 6 months in jail or both.

A tract of land located in the Northeast quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 22 and the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 23, all in Township 7 South,
Range 93 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in the County of
Garfield, State of Colorado, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South right of way line of a
private road easement at the intersection of the East line
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 23, from which point the Northwest corner of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 23 bears North 88° 27'
46" West, 1312.89 feet and from which the Northeast 1/16
corner of said Section 23 bears North 0° 38' 10" West,
19.76 feet; thence, along the South right of way line of
said road easement the following courses and distances:
South 48° 35' 10" West a distance of 36.04 feet; thence,
South 77° 17' 10" West, a distance of 290.59 feet; thence,

South right of way line of Private Road easement and the
point of beginning. Containing 39.137 Acres more or less.
Together with use of domestic water from the spring located
about 2600 feet Southwest of the ranch house and being on
the North side of West tlamnm Creek, from which spring and
waters flow to the house and are used for domestic and irri-
gation purposes. Also all interest in the Cameron springs
1, 2, 3, and 4, which are located within the foregoing
described property, and ditch and all interest in the 0.8
cubic feet of water per second of time allowed to flow
therein under Priority flo. 190; all oil, gas, and minerals
in or upon said land with the right to enter upon the land
and remove the same is reserved by former owners.
