This packet should be posted at the construction site and your contractor should contact this office for the necessary percolation test prior to the issuance of the permit. I am also enclosing for your reference a list of those installers which are licensed in Garfield County. The above is the normal procedure of this office prior to issuing any permit. I enclosed $25.00 permit fee, $50.00 percolation test fee, a map to property and a diagram of site. To date I have had no response from your office. Due to an illness in my family it is necessary that I return to Colorado. Lack of plumbing facilities at the above address is extremely inconvenient. The contractor had advised me that he could perform the necessary work upon receipt of the necessary permits. I cannot furnish him with the permits until such time as I hear from your office. I would appreciate your acknowledging receipt of my application and fees. I would also appreciate your advising me reason for the delay in responding to my request. Thank you.
