Practical location: Property located approx 5 miles Southeast of Grand Valley. Located on 306 County Road about 200 yds South of the Dean Knox residence (Dean just had a septic system installed and checked out by the county) Water well: A well has not been drill yet. It will be located atleast 100 feet up -slope frm the septic tank location. Other improvements: At present, there are no buildings on the site. A mobile home will be placed on the property next spring while a permanent residence is being constructed. A three bedroom house is planned. Temporary electrical service installation is planned for late in August, 1979.
