Dear Mr. Feld,
Enclosed for your review and approval is a completed permit
application and fee for the sewage system vault at the Ranch
guard house. This is the vault we discussed during your June 6,
1984 site visit.
There may be one modification to the plans we are submitting to
you. Depending on availability and cost, Union may substitute
a precast concrete vault for the modified precast septic tank
shown on the plans. We would of course, notify you of any change.
Union will notify you when a contractor is selected. Also, as
we discussed on your visit, Union will use an approved waste
hauler for final disposal of the sewage from the vault.
As you might imagine, we would like to install this system as
soon as possible, before we have too many problems with the
weather. Union appreciates your timely response on this permit.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
/fi V
