Cornell, Park Manager Rifle Gap State Recreation Area 0050 County Road 219 Rifle, CO 81650 Dear Boyd: I am in receipt of your letter of February 27, 1984 in regard to the relocation of two seasonal employee housing trailers. Given the stated intended, limited use, please be advised I have not objection to the installation of a 1,000 gallon septic tank and subsurface absorption area. Please complete the enclosed application and submit it with the $100.00 fee. We can then arrange a time for the site review and percolation test. Very t ly yours, Edward L. Lamm, Governor David H. Getches Garfield County Executive Director Building and Sanitation Ron G. Holliday 2014 Blake Ave Director Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Colorado Board of Parks and Outdoor Recreation Phil Eggleston, Chairman Hubert A. Farbes, Jr., The Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation is seeking Vice Chairman approval on relocating two seasonal employee housing trailers. Richard S. Bartlett, They are presently located at the site where the Department of Secretary Richard G. Beidleman, Corrections had their trailers prior to moving into their Member permanent facilities. Teresa J. Taylor, Member We have suffered continual vandalism to unattended trailers while located at this site. We plan to move them to a more secure area near the Park Manager's residence. See attached site plan. Both of our trailers have two bedrooms each. Our hiring procedures would generally allow for zero to two persons for approximately four summer months per year. An absolute maximum would be for four persona for six Bummer months. No dishwashers, garbage disppsals, or clothes washers are provided, so waste is limited to kitchen, sink, and bathroom facilities. The reason for requesting permission to hook up the trailers is due to the fact that we may be hiring male and female employees and we will need two trailers. Based on the above low use of facilities and water, we %Quid appreciate your consideration of approving a 1000 gallon septic tank and proper leach field.
