"CONDITIONS:
1. All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations, adopted pursuant to au-
thority granted in 66-44-4, CRS 1963, amended 66.3 -14, CRS 1963.
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County zoning and building requirements.
Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the Building and Zoning office shall automatically be a viola-
tion of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal system in a manner which in-
volves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications contained in the application of permit commits a Class I,
Petty Offense (5500.00 fine - 6 months in jail or both).

regard to the relocation of two seasonal employee housing
trailers.
Given the stated intended, limited use, please be advised
I have not objection to the installation of a 1,000 gallon
septic tank and subsurface absorption area.
Please complete the enclosed application and submit it with
the $100.00 fee. We can then arrange a time for the site
review and percolation test.

The Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation is seeking Vice Chairman
approval on relocating two seasonal employee housing trailers. Richard S. Bartlett,

We have suffered continual vandalism to unattended trailers while
located at this site. We plan to move them to a more secure area
near the Park Manager's residence. See attached site plan.
Both of our trailers have two bedrooms each. Our hiring procedures
would generally allow for zero to two persons for approximately
four summer months per year. An absolute maximum would be for
four persona for six Bummer months.
No dishwashers, garbage disppsals, or clothes washers are provided,
so waste is limited to kitchen, sink, and bathroom facilities. The
reason for requesting permission to hook up the trailers is due to
the fact that we may be hiring male and female employees and we will
need two trailers.
Based on the above low use of facilities and water, we %Quid
appreciate your consideration of approving a 1000 gallon
septic tank and proper leach field.
