'CONDITIONS:
1. All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations, adopted pursuant to au.
thority granted in 66-44-4, CRS 1963, amended 66-3-14, CRS 1963.
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County zoning and building requirements.
Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the Building and Zoning office shall automatically be a viola-
tion of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal system in a manner which in-
volves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications contained in the application of permit commits a Class I,
Petty Offense (5500.00 fine — 6 months in jail or both).

Dear Mr. McMurrey:
This letter will confirm my meeting with Mr. Bill Thompson Wednesday
07 August 1985 and my subsequent phone conversation with yourself on
Friday 09 August 1985 to discuss sewage improvements for the above
referenced project.'
Mr. Thompson and I reviewed the three individual systems designed for
this trailer park. The 11" x 17" plan that Mr. Thompson retained
includes all changes that we agreed to. The 15 page set of computations
will not agree exactly with the plan in that we agreed to alter the
plan and include space No. 20 with the system for spaces 14 through 18 --
No. 20 was originally figured in the system for spaces 8 through 13.
As agreed, we will leave the green copy of the three permits (Nos. 1455,
1456, 1457) at the residence /office. You will be advised of readiness
for county inspections. We understand that you wish to inspect all
septic tank installations, dosing tank installations and perforated
distribution pipe installations prior to them being covered. The
ground water level is going down on the site but it is still higher than
desired for convenient placement of the septic tanks and dosing tanks.
Therefore, our initial efforts will be directed toward the sand filled
mound construction. You should plan on bringing your copy of the design
plan and details when visiting the site for inspections. Please advise
if copies are needed other than the one given to Mr. Thompson.
