We have an approximate 50 foot lift to the City sewer system and it is 200 feet away, which would require a holding tank with lift structure. This configuration would be susceptible to high maintenance. It would also require a tunnel bore and jack under two railroad tracks. j, Because of the expected periodic maintenance problem of the lift structure, and secondly, the cost factor involved, we will allow the maintenance of the existing sewer septic tank system to be done. !' it Please contact me at 945 -2575 if you have any questions.
