PLANNLR Viola Waters 1205 Riverside Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 • ATTN: Viola Waters; Lael Hughes; Bill Thompson, County Building Official; RE: Approval for maintenance of sewer septic system Dear Ms. Waters and Sirs: ;I it We have received the request to allow maintenance of the sewer septic system at 1205 Riverside. We have an approximate 50 foot lift to the City sewer system and it is 200 feet away, which would require a holding tank with lift structure. This configuration would be susceptible to high maintenance. It would also require a tunnel bore and jack under two railroad tracks. j, Because of the expected periodic maintenance problem of the lift structure, and secondly, the cost factor involved, we will allow the maintenance of the existing sewer septic tank system to be done. !' it Please contact me at 945 -2575 if you have any questions. Very truly yours, is Oak). Bill D. Allred Building Inspector City of Glenwood Springs WDA /pd 806 COOPER AVENUE GLENWOOD SPRINGS, COLORADO 81601 303/945 -2575
