I, r PEROOLATION TESTS
til Percolation tests were performed at the locations designated by the prefix
"P" on Fig. 1. The approximate septic system area was located by the client.
The subsoil profiles encountered in the percolation holes were similar to those
of the nearby exploratory borings. No free water was encountered in the
percolation holes or Boring 2 to the maximum depth drilled of 11 feet. The
I results of the percolation tests are presented in Table II and indicate
1 . .. . . e per inch. Based on the
percolation rates between about 10 to 27 minutes
1 subsurface profiles encountered at the site and the percolation test results,
ll the site appears acceptable for a conventional infiltration system. The septic
disposal system should be designed by a civil engineer or persons acceptable to
the county and include additional percolation tests performed at the design
system location and elevation as needed.
