The Garfield County Building and Sanitation Department conducted a percolation test on the site and recommended a percolation rate of 12 minutes per inch. ( See Garfield County 1SDS Pnrmlt 1 2356.) Based on your estimate of a maximum of 24 persons in the building, and a sate of 20 gallons per pion pa day for "factory workers'. This would yield an average daily flow of 480 gallons per day, and a design flow of 720 gallons per day. Using the pert rate of 12 minutes pa inch, this would indicate a absorption area of S00 square feet.
