2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County zoning and building requirements. Con- }
nection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the Building and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation or a
requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit.
3. Any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal system in a manner which involves a knowing and material ,
variation from the terms or specifications contained in the application of permit commits a Class I, Petty Offense ($500.00 fine — 6
months in jail or both).

RE: Wagon Trail Ranch ISDS
Dear Mr. Owens:
The purpose of this letter is to confirm the upsizing if the Wagon Trail Ranch ISDS. The ranch
has added onto the previous design by SGM dated April 5, 1995. The upsizing is the result
of the addition of a caretaker unit above the shop area. The caretaker unit will be a one -
bedroom unit with a kitchen.
The original design flow for the system was 162.5 gpd. The caretaker unit will add 150 gpd
for a new design flow of 312.5 god. The area required for the new design flow is 408 square
feet.
From a site visit made on February 8, 1996, the ISDS appears to be approximately 45' x 15'
on the top of the mound. The contractor and on -site foreman have verified that 28 infiltrator
units were installed in a 12' x 42' bed, which confirms the field conditions. This ISDS
provides 504 square feet of area which is more than the required area. A 1000 gallon septic
tank was also installed in place of the 500 gallon tank.
The ISDS is properly sized for the original uses and the caretaker unit. Please call should you
