25, Article 10 C.R.S. 1973, Revised 1984.

nection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the Building and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation or a
requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit.

Block 14 and Sopris Avenue between Blocks 7 and 14.

Dear Don:
On February 4,1997, percolation testing was performed at the above location. Three holes ,
spaced approximately 20 feet apart and 3 feet deep were observed in the southeast corner of the
lot. The holes were dug using a backhoe and test holes were created at the bottom with a shovel.
The holes were filled with water within 24 hours prior to the test and were refilled with water
again approximately 45 minutes prior to testing.

Total average was 27.7 minutes per inch.
No groundwater or bedrock was encountered in the 8 foot profile hole. The strata varied from
loam for the upper 4 to 5 feet to gravel below the loam.

attached drawing. Sizing calculations are:

BED SIZING Area = Q / 5 x Sqrt(T)
Q = 675
T = 27.7
Area = 712 square feet.
40% Reduction for infiltrator bed = 712 x 0.6 = 427 square feet.
Additional area for washer and disposal may be added up to the allowable 525 square feet that
the site allows.
A total of 29 infiltrator units is anticipated.

In addition, the irrigation ditch and the drainage ditch must be placed in a pipe at locations
where they are closer than 50 feet to the infiltrator bed. A minimum of 10 feet is required
