CRMS is requesting permission to construct a septic system at the Headmaster's residence on campus. All other buildings on campus that were previously on the schools old lagoon system have now been tied in to the new Crystal River Sewer Intercept line. Construction of this main intercept line was completed by the Town of Carbondale late last fall. Last week the school completed the final hook -up to the stub outs provided by the Town of Carbondale. On completion of this septic system, the school will abandon the lagoon system and reclaim the area as required by state and county regulations.
