All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations, adopted pursuant to au- thority granted in 66-44-4, CRS 1963, amended 66-3-14, CRS 1963. 2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County zoning and building requirements. .. Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the Building and Zoning office shall automatically be a viola- tion of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit. 3. Section 111, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal system in a manner which in- volves a knowing and material variation from the terms or specifications contained in the application of permit commits a Class 1, Petty Offense ($500.00 fine — 6 months in jail or both). Warren 324 Coryell Ridge Road Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Mr. Warren, This is to confirm information we discussed during a compliance meeting on your property on this date. Concerning building permit 6963. A gas pipe pressure test is the only remaining inspection to be performed. It can be done at the time of final inspection. A plan change should be submitted to the county building department that shows the rear deck that was added to the original work authorized by the permit. A rail that meets uniform building code requirements must be added to the deck. We have approved installation of the modular office building, as built, with the exception of the rear deck and hand rail which must be approved at a final inspection. Concerning individual sewage disposal system permit 3061. The use of a five hundred gallon storage tank in lieu of a septic tank and leach field is approved under the following conditions. That both gray water discharge from sinks and black water discharge from toilets be piped to the tank. That the tank have an approved alarm system that warns of impending overflow and that the tank be pumped in a timely manner and the effluent be legally disposed of. It is understood that the above items of compliance will be prepared for final inspection on or before February 5, 2002, per my letter of January 2, 2002. Please be advised that construction of retaining walls that exceed four feet in height is required to be permitted by the county.
