Dear Garfield County Building Department:
High Country Engineering personnel observed the construction of the septic tank installation and
infiltrator units for the Rifle Creek Golf Course. Dan Dennison inspected the installation of the first
field on March 6, 2001. Dan Dennison retumed to the site on March 13, 2001 to determine that the
2 additional field locations meet the appropriate setback requirements. Joe Hope observed the
installation these 2 fields and well as the septic tanks on a daily basis throughout the month of
March. A photo of the first installed infiltration field is included for your use.
