Box 2685 Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 Dear Mr. Padbevseks On Monday, May 13, 1991, the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners reviewed your request for a determination on the non- conforming use status of the mobile homes presently in place on property located at 0244 Coryell Ridge Road. After reviewing the information provided, the Board agreed that the mobile homes presently on your property are non - conforming and may be replaced by the 30' x 76' mobile home. As to your use of the existing individual sewage disposal system, the Board concurred that if the existing system continues to function correctly, you may use it. Should that system fail in the future, you will be required to either repair portions of it or replace the entire system, depending on the reasons for failure. There maybe new regulations at a future date that may require some other course of action. If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to call or write to this office, at your convenience. Sincerely, Mark L. Bean, Director Regulatory Offices and Personnel MLB /rlb 109 8TH STREET, SUITE 303 • 945.8212/625 5571/285 - 7972 • GLENWOOD SPRINGS.
