Dear sir.
On nov. 71991 we received a building permit for lot 65 CANYON CREEK ESTATES permit # 4374
at the same time we had applied for a permit for lot 43 and as you know had a conflicting easment
which has been cleared at this time .
Due to the fact our fianancing was tied to lot 43 we were unable to continue our construction
activities over the winter months.
Since then another builder has offered to buy the four lots and lot 65 in a package deal where as we
would not need the present permit for lot 65.
We request you void this permit and apply moneys paid toward lot 43 permiit that we are now ready
to pickup.
