Dear Mr, McMurrey;
I have enclosed draft number 134711 in the amount of $103.95 , construction permit
fee. Included are the drawing details for the fuel tank and pad as we discussed.
I notified the engineer on the location of the fuel tank and he will move it to
a distance of 25' away from the structures as you suggested.
Please forward the permit to me and not the application address.

Dear Mr. McMurry:
Per our phone conversation of July 20, 1992 I am enclosing a site plan and
certified building drawings for the Northwest Pipeline radio equipment shelter
on Douglas Pass.
This additional building was approved by conditional use April 6, 1992, resolution
number 92 -027.
Construction cost estimates for the foundation and building are as follows:
Foundation $ 6522.00
Building $60834.00
Contractor information is provided on the attached application for building
permit.

Colorado, held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room;, Garfield County Courthouse, in Glenwood
Springs on Monday , the 6th of April A.D. 19 92 , there were present:

when the following proceedings, among others were had and done, to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO 92
■
A RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH THE APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
APPLICATION BY NORTHWEST PIPELINE CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, has received
application from Northwest Pipeline Corporation for expansion of a utility facility on the following
described tract of land:,

A tract of land located in the East half of the Northwest quarter of section 25,
Township 5 South, Range 102 West
(in the State of Colorado and the County of Garfield); and
WHEREAS, the Board held a public meetin i i on the 16th day of March, 1992, upon the
question of whether the above - described Conditional Lase Permit should be granted or denied, at which
meeting the public and interested persons were given the opportunity to express their opinions
regarding the issuance of said Conditional Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, the Board on the basis of subgtantial competent evidence produced at the
aforementioned meeting, has made the following determination of fact:
1. That the meeting before the Board of County Commissioners was extensive and
complete, that all pertinent facts, matters and issues were submitted and that all
interested parties were heard at that meeting.
2. That the application is in compliance with the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of
1978, as amended.
3. For the above stated and other reasons, the proposed use is in the best interest of the
health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the citizens of
Garfield County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, that the Conditional Use Permit be and hereby is authorized permitting the use of
the above described tract of land for the expansion of a utility facility upon the following specific
conditions:
1. The applicant shall have 120 days from the date of the Resolution of Conditional
Approval to satisfy all conditions, prior to the issuance of the Conditional use Permit.
The Conditional Use Permit shall;expire 120 days after its issuance unless construction
or use has commenced.
2. That all representations of the applicant, either contained in the application or stated
in the public meetings, shall be considered conditions of approval unless otherwise
stated.
3. All required building permits shall be obtained.
4. The proposal shall comply with Al state and federal regulations.
