per Addendum No. one.

ADDENDUM NO. one DATE: August 7, 1992
PROJECT: Mt. Sopris Inn, Main House Addition r
All data listed below are indented to revise, clarify or be
added to the construction documents for the project listed
above. It is the responsibility of the general contractor
to insure that this information is transmitted to his
subcontractors, suppliers and employees responsible for
preparing construction cost data and making installations at
the job site.
Drawings affected by this addendum are;
A4 -Lower Floor Plan,
A5 -Upper Floor Framing,
A6 -Upper Floor Plan,
A7 -Roof Framing,
A9- Southeast Elevation, Building Section, Wall Section, and
Window Details.
And all prints of these drawings not bearing the date above
shall be retrieved and returned to the architect.
Item No. One: Windows and skylights at the southeast elevation
of the Entry have been revised in size and location.
Item NO. Two: A moisture detector has been added to auto-
matically close operating skylights during the event of storms.
Item No. Three: Eliminate cook top & hood at Master Bedroom
kitchenette.
Item No. Four: Log Ties and Roof Vents have been noted as
requested by the building department.
