c This is to certify that on the 25th day of July, 1977, there was a survey
made by SCARROW AND WALKER /KKBNA, INC., of the improvements on Lot 12, Block
9 of Western Hills Subdivision, -as -- shown -on -the- -plat filed in the - office- of - - - -
the Clerk and Recorder of Garfield County Colorado. There was found a
