We had some tenants remove their trailer from our property on August 31, 1991. It was re- rented by another party on September 1, 1991. This tenant never occupied the space and only paid rent for one month. The case went into litigation and was heard in January of 1992. We -have been placing adds to attempt finding a suitable tenant for the space since October 1, 1991. But, the winter months are not a desirable time for mobile home owners to transport their units. Today we had someone, by the name of Robert R. Peters, pay his full deposit to hold the space so he could move his trailer onto it by March 15, 1992. We hope you will consider the circumstances involved so that we may protect our non - conformity status. To lose it would have a detrimental financial effect on us.
