This is a "Cedar” Plan (Plan #4) from the original Battlement Mesa Plans
" 4 " we have used for the last 5 or so years. I redrew the plans because of
the floorplan changes to save confusion. We eliminated the "gazebo" breakfast
1 . " room on the back, added 3' through the living room and dining room section,
" rearranged the master bath slightly, and increased the size of the garage.
The foundation design by L.J. Lindauer is in'process and I will send a
final copy for your files when completed. I anticipate starting construction
, ' about the first of the month. Caissons will not be required in this area
'2 '�" of Monument Creek Village.

. having your secretary send some to me in the mail or sending them with Don.
