Per your information, the floor joists are 16" TJI /35 at 16" O.C. with 3/4" plywood decking glued and nailed. The clear span of the joists is 16' -4 ". The calculated allowable live and dead loads are 45 pounds per square foot (psf) and 10 psf, respectively for 16" O.C. or 90 psf and 10 psf for 8" O.C. (See attached TJ Beam computer output.)
