Front steps now exceed the maximum 8 inch rise. 2. The rear deck and guardrail off of the living room has not been completed and is a portion of the approved permit. 3. Insulation has not been installed along the rim joist. and, WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to make certain assurances and agreements relating to these identified code deficiencies and on the basis of such assurances the County is willing to issue a Certificate of Occupancy. NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: A. The Owner agrees to do the following: Deficiency No. 1. ACTION REQUIRED OF THE OWNER: Provide entry stairs, handrail and guardrail if greater than 30 inches above grade. Stair riser is to not exceed 8 inches. Deficiency No. 2.
