Additional Corrections: • 1 GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING AND PLANNING AGREEMENT REGARDING CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WHEREAS, Ray Frizzell (hereinafter "Owner ") has applied for a Certificate of Occupancy for a house constructed under permit No. 5146, located at 2153 Panorama Drive, Panorama Ranches, Garfield County, Colorado and, WHEREAS, the following items have been determined to be apparent defects or deficiencies with the application which prohibits the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy until they have been resolved pursuant to codes adopted by Garfield County and approved by the Garfield County Chief Building Official: 1. The front entry and stairs have not been completed. 2. The upstairs handrail has not been completed. 3. The insulation in the garage does not have the kraft vapor barrier covered for flame spread protection. 4. The door between the garage and the house has not been provided with a self closing device. 5. Combustion air for the mechanical area has not been completed. and, WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to make certain assurances and agreements relating to these identified code deficiencies and on the basis of such assurances the County is willing to issue a Certificate of Occupancy. NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: A. The Owner agrees to do the following: Deficiency No. 1. ACTION REQUIRED OF THE OWNER: Complete the front entry stairs to comply with U.B.C. Section 3306.
