The residence will be constructed on Lot 18 of the Teller Springs subdivision in Garfield County. The plans that were reviewed contain the foundation plan, structural sections, and floor and roof framing. These plans are acceptable from a structural standpoint and will support - the required loadings. The foundation design was based on a maximum allowable bearing pressure of 600 psf. If a qualified geotechnical engineer determines that the soils can support a greater load, the footer width will be adjusted.
