A guardrail has not been completed on the east deck. 2. The stairs serving the front entrance have not been completed. 3. The inside stair way has not been completed. and, WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to make certain assurances and agreements relating to these identified code deficiencies and on the basis of such assurances the County is willing to issue a Certificate of Occupancy.
