Dear Mr. Dwire: Garfield County records indicate that construction requiring the issuance of a building permit by Garfield County has been completed or is in progress at the above (unidentified) location. Building codes adopted by Garfield County require that a permit application on a form provided by Garfield County be filed with this department. Every application shall: (restated, whole or in part, from Chapter 3 of the 1988 Uniform Building Code) 1. Identify and describe the work to be covered by the permit for which application is made. 2. Describe the land on which the proposed work is to be done by legal description, street address or similar description that will readily identify and definitely locate the proposed building or work. 3.
