Footing and foundation inspections were not requested by you or the contractor and these inspections were not completed and approved by Garfield County building inspectors as required under U.B.C. If the framing is complete, then please call our office to schedule a framing inspection as soon as possible. If the building is finished, then also call for a final inspection which will allow you to use and occupy the building - legally. I am interested in working with you in a cooperative manner to resolve this issue in your best interest and the interest of Garfield County.
