GENERAL NOTES:
'cREA 1. The work of this project includes the minor remodeling of an
existing space in the Retail South building, Battlement Mesa,
Colorado. The Occupancy of the space will continue to be
Group 5, Division 2 (office) with no increase in the Occupant
Load. The work Hill also include only minor alteration to the

as required of existing diffusers, grilles, switches, outlets and light fixtures
without changing the existing mecharical equipment or electrical
service. The work does not require any structural modifications.
