PLAN REVIEW # 32 -95 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 0-1 All references are taken from the 1988 Uniform Building Code (U.B.C.), 1988 Uniform Plumbing Code (U.P.C.), and the 1988 Uniform Mechanical Code (U.M.C.) The Approved Plans, Permit, and Plan Review, are to be kept on the site during construction. Plans and Permits must be available for reference during inspections. Also, refer to the plans submitted by the owner and from Tuff Shed, dated 12/09/93. With a slab on grade foundation stamped by Bell Engineering Co. The foundation plan is not based on any kind of soils reports. G -2 M -1 Occupancy only based on (Chapter 11., of the U.B.C.) Private garage, carport, or shed.
