The Approved Plans, Permit, and Plan Review, are to be kept on the site during construction. Plans and Permits must be available for reference during inspections. This permit is for an M - 1 occupancy, Type V - n only. The use of Section 106, U.S.C. and the appendix Chapter 11., if applicable. The building cannot be placed less than 3 feet from any property line or any other buildings on the same property and shall be limited to one - story only, (Section 2907 (e)., and (g)., L, and 2., U.B.C.) (TBL No. 29 -A., U.B.C.) G -2 The plans show that the building will be post and beam construction. The building shall be braced in accordance with (Section 2517 (3)., U.B.C.) (approved metal sway bracing, wood diagonal bracing, etc.) The bracing shall be independent of the baled straw walls.
