3. An application for a permit to construct or remove shall be submitted within
thirty (30) days of the date of this Notice and Order and if approved by the
Building and Planning Department work shall commence within sixty (60)
days of the date of this Notice and Order.
Advisement:
Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal
from this notice and order or any action of the building official to the Board of
Appeals (Board of Review), provided the appeal is made in writing as
provided in the UCADB and filed with the building official within 30 days
from the date of service of the notice and order and that failure to appear
constitutes a waiver of all right to an administrative hearing and determination
of the matter.
Appeal information will be provided to the recipient of this notice and order if
requested.
