No outdoor lighting is being installed as part of the subdivision. Outdoor lighting will only be installed as part of the development of a private lot. The Architectural Control Committee will require in its review that any outdoor lighting comply with County code. Citation of County requirements per ULUR is being included in the CC &R's for the property. The intent of any outdoor lighting applications will be as follows: • Downcast lighting, including requirements that lighting on one lot not cross property boundary. • Shielded lighting, 90 degree cut -off luminaires are required. No flashing lights. • Height limitations. They will comply with County code.
