The system, as designed, employs advanced treatment technology in the form of a recirculating packed bed textile filter treatment system (AdvanTex AX20 treatment unit). This type of system requires an ongoing operation and maintenance agreement with an authorized service provider. This letter is to inform you that CCI Engineering does not have such a maintenance agreement currently in place for this system. The previous agreement expired on July 23, 2011. I have not completed any additional building since you and Jim visited the site and I have the architect working on drawings as per your request. I have been traveling a lot working on our other branch in Casper so I haven't been able to give this project the required attention for completion yet, however I am hoping to have you a revised application for permit with all your requested documents and plans by the 1st of April. I contacted him last week and he informed me that I should have them by the middle of this week. I will let you know as soon as they are finished and I will be in Glenwood to resubmit. I really appreciate your patience with this process as I have been extremely busy and I'm just not getting the timely results I was expecting on this project. I can assure you that no work has been completed on the project since your site visit and we have no plans of doing any additional work until after the permit process has been taken care of.
