Developers utilized resources in the Garfield County Assessors Office and Clerks Office for research purposes. Upon review of the online directory and hard copies of the county deeds, the ownership of the gas, oil, and other minerals were located, in full, on deed reception No. 261071. The rights to all oil, gas, and other minerals of the southerly one-half of even width of the NW1/4, NW1/4 of Section 25, Tp. 5 South, Range 91 west of the 6th P.M. were owned by William & Zadie Likely. On August 19th, 1996 the ownership of the mineral rights were transferred via a Personal Representative Deed From the Estate of William Likely Jr, deceased, to Kenneth & Betty Likely. Kenneth and Betty Likely of 57237 Hwy 330 Collbran, CO 81624 currently hold the gas, oil and mineral rights in their entirety shown on Garfield property profile account# R013221
