Enclosed is approved Water Allotment Contract # S 180920DST 1(a), S 180920DST2(a) and
S 180920DST3(a).
The next step is to obtain a well permit from the Colorado Division of Water Resources office in
Glenwood Springs.
A totalizing flow meter must be installed on your existing well. It must be maintained and kept in
good working order. In September, West Divide requests an annual meter reading. Non-compliance
with measuring and reporting requirements are grounds for cancellation of this contract, which
could result in action by the Colorado Division of Water Resources to curtail further use of the
well. Also enclosed is some information regarding acquiring a meter.
