NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board ofCounty Commissiòners of Garfield
County, Colorado, that theSpecial UsePermitbeand hereby isa¡thorized permitting to allow forthe
placement of fill & compensatory measures within the regulated fìoodplain, upoq the fóllowing sþecific
conditions:
All proposals of the applicant shall be considered conditions olapproval unless stated
otherwise by the Board of County Commissioners.
All required building permits will be obtained. Elevaiion certificates will be required
to ensure that all structu¡es will be located at least one (i) foot above the floodplàin line
indicated on the bluelines submitted with the application.
3. Driveways and-roads.will conforrn to Garfield County Road Standards.
4. Lot II ('Elder Lor') will appear on the Final Plat.: A plat note will be:included, as
