PA YME NT AG REEMENT FORM
GARFIELD COUNTY ("CO UNTY") and Property Owner ("A PPLICANT") Malcolm Ross and
Theresa Marie Terry agree as follows:
1. The Applicant has submitted to the Co unty an application for t he following Project: ___
3rd Amendment to the L o rentson e xemption plat
2. The Applicant understands and agrees that Garfield County Re solution No. 2014-60, as
amended, establish es a fee sc hedul e for each t ype applicat ion, and the guidelines for the
administration of the fee structu re.
3. The Applicant and th e Cou nty agre e tha t because of t he size, nature or sco pe of the
proposed project, it is not po ss ib le at this time to asc ertain the full ex tent of th e costs
invo lv ed in processing the app lication. The Ap plica nt agrees to make payment of the Base
Fee, established for the Project, and to thereafter permit ad ditional costs to be billed to the
Applican t. The Applicant agree s t o make add it ional paymen ts upon notification by t he
County, when they are necessary, as co sts are inc ur r ed.
4. The Base Fee shall be in addition to and exclusive of any cost for publication or cost of
consulting service determined necess ary by the Board of County Commissioners for th e
consideration of an application or additional County staff time or expense not covered by
the Base Fee. If actual recorded costs exceed the init ial Base Fee, th e Applicant shall pay
additional billings to the County to reimburse the County for the processing of the Project.
The Applicant acknowledges that all billing shall be pai d prio r t o the final considera t ion by
the County of any Land Use Change or Division of Land.
