There are no new structures that would require additional information concerning a water supply plan. Further, it is noted in the Pre -Application Conference Summary dated October 31, 2018 that the Garfield County staff understands that both parcels are served by wells and septic systems that have already been tested and installed and undergo continual diligence efforts. Applicant acquired the property being served by the subject water rights and filed a Notice of Change in Ownership on September 20, 2013. B. Applicant has used the Slappey Well Nos. 1 & 2 for domestic and irrigation purposes for a residence and cabin, has diverted water into the Slappey Pipeline to fill Slappey Pond No. I and has filled Slappey Pond No. I and used the pond for its decreed purposes. C. Applicant has investigated and identified all well locations and pipeline alignments from the unconstructed wells to the intended places of use for the wells. D. Applicant has maintained and repaired the pipeline after it washed out and replaced the pipeline. E. Applicant and its predecessors have expended approximately $2,500.00 during the diligence period on construction, investigation and planning activities for the development of the conditional rights claimed herein, including legal and construction fees. The place of use for all conditional water rights is the area surrounding the water rights. WHEREFORE, the Applicant requests: A.
