Waiver Request concerning Wastewater Management Plan
The Applicant requests a waiver of the wastewater management plan submittal
requirement as the subject properties are established with prior approvals for each property's
existing wastewater management plan. There are no new structures that would require
additional information concerning a wastewater supply plan. Also attached our existing
permits for the two parcels.
Further, it is noted in the Pre -Application Conference Summary dated October 31,
2018 that the Garfield County staff understands that both parcels are served by wells and
septic systems.
