RE: Richardson Minor Subdivision —Water and Wastewater Improvement Costs
Dear John:
At your request, Resource Engineering, Inc. developed a Preliminary Opinion of Probably
Cost for the water and wastewater improvements to serve Lot 2. The improvements include
a new well, pump, controls, pipeline and pressure tank for the water supply system and soils
testing, design, and construction of the OWTS to provide for wastewater disposal system.
The total cost for water and wastewater improvements is estimated at approximately $27,200
as shown on Table 1 below.

Approximately 300 feet of %" PVC pipe currently runs between the existing well, on Lot 1, to an existing
spigot on Lot 2. This existing waterline will be utilized as the waterline from the new well on Lot 2, to
the new residence on Lot 2.
