15) THE MINERAL RIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH 11H15 PROPERTY MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED WITH
THE SURFACE ESTATE THEREFORE ALLOWING THE POTENTIAL FOR NATURAL RESOURCE
