Good Afternoon Glenn,
Great news my friend! I was able to complete my review of this parcel, and my conclusion is that it is a valid parcel
creation. The documents utilized in my research are as follows:
• Reception No. 391895 — This is the most current deed vesting title to our subject parcel to Central Aggregates. I
noted that this conveyance is dated 5/10/1988, and is the basis of the legal description that I will utilize in my
research.
• Reception No. 318808 — This deed, recorded 9/3/1981is a conveyance from Hopper, Marvin L. & Cora Irene to
White, Richard E. & Atta Dee (Grantor's per above listed reception no. 391895) and the same legal description as
391895 is conveyed.
• Reception No. 317929 — This is the document that ratifies the legal creation of our subject parcel no. 2177-171-
00-044 and it's current legal description (as demonstrated by the above -listed two reception nos.). This
document is a Judgement and Decree Quieting Title to Hopper, Marvin L. & Cora Irene (Grantors per above -
listed 318808). This document is recorded 8/10/1981 and is the document that places our current legal
description for parcel no. 2177-171-00-044 on the public record for the first time from what my research
revealed, and given the fact that it is a COURT ORDER quieting title, confirms the legal creation of this parcel as
it was court ordered.
This being the case I terminated my research at this point because the creation by virtue of court order confirms it is a
valid parcel creation. I hope this is of help to you and your applicant, and if you have any other questions pertaining to
