Sopris Engineering LLC, to act on my behalf in all matters relating to all dealings with the County and the
application process regarding the office building construction at 25028 Hwy 6 & 24, Rifle CO. Including
but not limited to signing of all documents relating to these matters. Any and all acts carried out by Mr.
Beckler on my behalf shall have the same effect as acts of my own.
