PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Existing Use: Agricultural, residential, outdoor recreation. (Additional uses are allowed per recorded PUD Guide.)
Proposed Use (From Use Table 3-403): See PUD Guide Table 4.2.
Description of Project: The applicant seeks a PUD Amendment to address the following:
1) Revise/ add Building Envelopes in Zone District 1 for one additional barn site and to allow more flexibility in building placement.
2) Revise Building Areas and road alignments in Zone District 2 to better represent envisioned future design layout.
3) Request change in water supply from a community system to individual wells.
4) Make minor amendments to PUD Guide for clarity, and to move 2 units of density from Zone District 2 to Zone District 1.

Project Description

Description of Project: The applicant seeks the approval of Preliminary Plan for Subdivision, as follows:
1) The creation of two common -ownership Tracts in Zone Distract 1, and one common -ownership Tract encompassing all of Zone District 2.
2) The creation of six private -ownership Lots for mixed-use barns (as allowed per recorded PUD Guide).
• 3) The creation of one common -ownership Lot for a future clubhouse and the existing McClure Cabin (now restored).
4) The establishment of all necessary access and utility easements to serve the subdivision of Zone District 1.
