All development for Zone 1 and Zone 2 must be in compliance with the representations made to the Board of County Commissioners and within the PUD approval, including the PUD Map, PUD Guide and Conditions of Approval Number 10 through 19, "Development and Ongoing Conditions". At the time of subdivision within Zone 1 or Zone 2, Conditions of Approval Number 20-30, "Conditions Applicable at the Time of Subdivision", must be satisfied.
