Re: Aspen Valley Polo Club — Satisfaction of Conditions of Approval #1-9, Resolution 2018-10
Mr. Fredericks:
This letter is to confirm that Condition of Approval Numbers 1 through 9, "Conditions Prior to Issuance
of a Building Permit within the PUD", as approved by the Board of County Commissioners under
Resolution 2018-10 on February 20th, 2018 have been satisfied.
All development for Zone 1 and Zone 2 must be in compliance with the representations made to the
Board of County Commissioners and within the PUD approval, including the PUD Map, PUD Guide
and Conditions of Approval Number 10 through 19, "Development and Ongoing Conditions".
At the time of subdivision within Zone 1 or Zone 2, Conditions of Approval Number 20-30, "Conditions
Applicable at the Time of Subdivision", must be satisfied.
Prior to residential development within Zone 2, a subdivision Final Plat must be submitted and
approved.
