Re: Authorization to Represent
To Whom it May Concern:
By this letter, Kirstie F. Steiner, as the authorized representative of Orchard Creek Ranch,
LLC, hereby authorizes TGMC, LLC to represent me in matters related to a minor
subdivision process for my property located along Canyon Creek in Garfield County. This
includes the preparation and submission of documents associated with the necessary
minor subdivision application and representation of this application before the applicable
decision -making body of the County. I am seeking minor subdivision approval to create
a 2-acre parcel from the existing 25.7-acre parcel referred to as Parcel A of the Brown
Subdivision Exemption.
