owner of the property located at 28485 Hwy 6&24, Rifle, Colorado 81650. Please accept this letter
as authorization for Nicole Garrimone-Campagna and Haley Carmer of Garfield & Hecht, P.C., to
submit the enclosed land use application for a minor subdivision of the property and to represent
